Yes, we are the manufacturer of safety shoes. Our factory located in Ruian, Wenzhou city, Zhejiang Province. We also have more than 10 years of exprience of exporting shoes to foreign market.

What is your MOQ?

Nomally, Our MOQ is 1000 pairs per style with mixed size. Different styles have different MOQ.

What is your delivery time?

For samples, we will finish it within 1 weeks. For mass production, our delivery time is 15-30 days.

We accept T/T, L/C and alibaba trade assurance payment. If you worried about the payment, Maybe you can choose to alibaba assurance payment, it will be protect your money and delivery time and quality.

Can I ask one pair sample before place an order?

Yes. Before you place an order to us, we can send one sample to you as your quality check, but the customer need to pay the couier cost. Such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.

Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?

Yes, 90% of our shoes are certified with CE certificate, and we have cooperation relationship with different labs, including Interteck from UK, CTC from France, SABS from South Africa etc.

Can you make our logo on your shoes?

Yes, we accept to do OEM business. Please send us your logo design, our designer will develop your logo on your shoe order professionally.

How to keep the quality?

a> we have QC team, two parts, one is in the factory to control producing ,the other is as third party, inspect the goods for our customers.Once everything is ok, our documents department can book the vessel,then ship it. b> we have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again. c> we do observe the relevant codes of conduct &laws from government in environment human rights and other aspects like no children labor, no prisoners labor and so on.

What is the quality guarantee time?

a> Our safety shoes are offered 3 month quality guarantee after shipping. If the shoes are broken within 3 month, please contact our salesman, and we will compensate u new shoes without any payment. b> Our PVC boots offered 5 month quality guarantee after shipping. If the boots are broken within 5 month, please contact our salesman, and we will compensate u new shoes without any payment.
